    No. We do not do any animal testing.

  3. How long before my order arrives?
    You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from the date of ordering. Actual times may vary due to holidays,excessive volume of orders,or back ordered items.{so it can even be 2 wks.}

  4. Is this website secure?
    Yes! At Vgee cosmetics, we understand how important security is to you. When you place an order online with Vgee ,we encode your information using government approved Secure Socket Layer [SSL] encryption technology.

  5. If i am unhappy with my order can i return it?
    Yes. We will refund for product purchase only. Vgee cosmetics is not able to refund or credit shipping fees. Nor,are we able to pay for return shipping of your package. You can return the product with in it's original packaging and order receipt to the following address

  6. How about sales tax? Is there a charge?
    Only to residents in N.J. everyone outside N.J. pays for shipping and handling.

  7. You say you use natural ingredients in your products. What are they?
    Yes. We use ingredients that protect your skin from damaging and drying and restore moisture and suppleness. Castor oil,Rose hip oil,wheat Germ Glycerides and Anthemis Nobilis Flower.
